If your application is successful and the required course is still available, we will send the Provisional Acceptance within 1 week. 如果校方接受你的申請,並且確定你想進修的課程還有空缺，我們將在一星期內寄給你「入學申請接受函」

The deposit should then be paid within 4 weeks: 學生一旦收到「入學申請接受函」之後的4週內. 必需繳交註冊之預付訂金.

• CHF3,250 – if cancellation insurance is required 如果需要購買『學費保險』
• CHF3,000 – if cancellation insurance is not required 如果不需要購買保險

If you receive the Provisional Acceptance 6 weeks or less prior to the commencement date, full fees should be transferred immediately. If the deposit is not paid on time, the course place will no longer be guaranteed. 如果取得接受函的時間距離開學不滿6週,學生則必須一次繳交學費總額. 屆時若未能按時支付訂金，校方將不保證申請人的學籍.

The confirmation will be sent as soon as we have received the deposit payment. This document is needed to apply for the Visa. 當校方收到你的訂金必立即寄發確證函-『入學許可證』。你需要這份文件去申請簽證

Important特別注意!!!::
The balance of your school fees must reach the School’s accounts no later than 6 weeks before arrival. HIM is usually fully booked and does not guarantee the course place any longer if the payments are not received on time. Single, deluxe, superior deluxe rooms are confirmed only once full fees have been received. 學校必須在你到達六星期前收到學期總學費一定要在開學前6週繳清。因為學校通常國際學生人數眾多，如果沒有按時收到全部學費, 則並不能保證你的入學位置。更者, 住宿方面: 單人，豪華，優越豪華房間只可收到全部學費後才能安排訂房

For many countries outside Europe, it is necessary for the student to make an application for an entry visa to Switzerland. This procedure may take up to 8 weeks. Please check with the local Swiss Embassy. 瑞士學生簽證費時較久,此程序可能長達八個星期,請學生提早申請,詳細方式可查詢瑞士簽證處,或 HIM駐台總辦事處.

Cancellations will be accepted only up to 8 weeks prior to the start of the course by registered mail. An administrative charge of CHF1,000 shall apply. Students may make one transfer of their deposit or fees paid to another commencement date provided that a minimum of 8 weeks notice is given by registered mail. No refunds shall be given if students choose to cancel their enrolments afterwards. For cancellations less than 8 weeks before course commencement, no refund will be made under any circumstances. We recommend that you take out our insurance to cover cancellation or early termination due to medical reasons or accident (max. coverage: CHF10,000). The current cost of this insurance is CHF250 per term and must be paid at the same time as your deposit. If a student’s visa is refused by the Swiss Immigration, HIM will refund the full amount received in CHF but deduct an administrative charge of CHF250. Refunds will be 6 weeks after the commencement date concerned.

Students doing the 2 1/2 year programme have the option to take up the AH&LA Diploma for an additional cost of CHF600. 學生上完兩年半的課程可以選擇另外付 CHF600 以獲得AH&LA 文憑

Fees are reviewed every January but can be subject to change at any time. 學費在每年一月復審,可能隨時會有改變。

The sponsored fees for the English Preparatory Programme applies only for students who apply for a 1 to 4 year programme at HIM and only if fees for the foundation programme are paid together with the fees for the 1st year of study. No refund will be given should a student change her/his mind and not continue with the main programme. Should a student not reach the required level at entry date, she/he will continue the English programme at the sponsored price. (Usual price: CHF800, SEG sponsoring CHF500 per week = CHF300 per week charged to students.)



英文預備課程的贊助只給予申請一至四年課程的學生,且必須跟第一年的學費連同支付。如果學生選擇不繼續讀總課程，學費不會獲退。學生在入學日如尚未達到規定的英文水準, 則將以贊助價格之學費,繼續修讀英文課程。(正常費用: CHF800， 贊助 CHF500 = 學生付 CHF300 /每星期) 。

Each term includes 2 or 3 weeks holiday normally at the end of term or during Christmas. HIM is not responsible for providing accommodation outside in-school term time (18 weeks). 每學期通常包括兩或三個星期假期,通常在學期期末或聖誕節期間。 HIM不負責提供學期 期間(十八個星期) 之外的住宿。

HIM reserves the right to expel any student for constant violation of rules and regulations or for drug use or vandalism. HIM 保留權利開除任何學生如果學生不斷違規或使用藥物或故意破壞公物。
